Neighborhood favorite Mäni’s has opened a second location, Mäni’s on Maple, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Beverly Hills. The new restaurant is larger than the original Fairfax location, and has a full bar, large patio, private dining room, special event capabilities, and retail bakery (coming soon). The menu focuses on healthy American cuisine and accommodates organic, vegan, and gluten-free dietary restrictions.
Mäni’s on Maple's private dining room holds 24, and the large courtyard also allows private dining. The entire space is open to buyout on a case-by-case basis.
Under the direction of executive chef David Wolfe, new menu additions underscore the venue's mission to use locally grown produce, grass-fed meats, organic and free-range poultry, and sustainable seafood. The new dinner menu includes farro risotto with grilled king trumpet mushrooms and asparagus; seitan meatballs with tomato ginger curry; and polenta lasagna with roasted sweet corn, mushrooms, Manchego cheese, and smoked tomato sauce. Breakfast and lunch dishes from the original Mäni’s on Fairfax menu can still be found at Mäni’s on Maple, including huevos rancheros with avocado and tomato, quinoa oatmeal with strawberries and bananas, and a warm Brie and artichoke sandwich, plus a new Moroccan lamb burger with mint yogurt sauce.
A full bar offers custom cocktails using organic fruits and juices, house-made mixers, and fresh herbs. A wine list offers biodynamic, organic, and sustainably produced wines.
