Chicago firm Paramount Events can cater office events with whole turkey dinners, including the traditional sides. The company's holiday stuffing is made with assorted artisan breads, applewood-smoked bacon, onion, garlic, thyme, and sage.

For a more portable dessert option, which could also serve as a gift, Catering by Michael's in Chicago offers Thanksgiving cookies. The treats come shaped like turkeys and maple leaves.
