Chef Daniel Humm and his business partner Will Guidara, the men behind two of New York’s most pioneering restaurants Eleven Madison Park and the NoMad, share sweet and savory recipes in The NoMad Cookbook (Ten Speed Press). Known for innovative cooking and unique dining experiences, the pair offers readers and home cooks another culinary surprise: A hidden back panel reveals a separate cocktail book within the traditional-looking tome, which became available October 13. The format was inspired by a Prohibition-era “book safe.”
