COAST TO COAST: Equinox has launched its “Life’s a Ball” campaign to celebrate Pride, the New York City ballroom community, and to benefit ballroom organization House Lives Matter. To celebrate the launch of the campaign, Equinox Voguing Master Classes, hosted by Jack Mizrahi and Sinia Alia, took place in San Francisco on June 1 and Los Angeles on June 2, and will be hosted in New York on June 8 and Miami on June 9. The event in New York will be ticketed and open to the public.
ATLANTA: Bold Catering & Design has appointed Robert Mitchell executive chef. Mitchell was previously executive chef for the opening of the Hotel at Avalon and South City Kitchen Avalon.
The 10th annual One MusicFest will take place September 7-8 at Centennial Olympic Park. Gucci Mane, Wu-Tang Clan, and Rick Ross will headline the event.
LOS ANGELES: The Playhouse Block Party will take place June 8. The event celebrates the legacy of the Pasadena Playhouse and will feature local bands, art pop-ups, and food trucks.
