Your map can include organized events as well as your recommendations for restaurants, libations, shopping, activities, entertainment, and wellness options. Your comments and details about each location ("Best BBQ in town!", "Cocktails and networking Thursday 4-6 p.m. in the Orchid Lounge"), as well as GPS-enabled directions, are included in the HipMaps app. You get to choose the locations and what you say about each one, plus the branding, colors, and style of your map—and HipMaps designs your map.
Your unique HipMap will eliminate attendees' frustration and save them time by removing the overwhelming number of choices provided by Yelp or a Google search, or wondering where to go and what to do in the hours outside of the actual event.

Your map is viewed in the HipMaps app with a unique access code, ensuring that it will only be viewed by guests you chose to share the access code with, and not available to the general public. Your map is delivered as an image file, which can be shared digitally via email, digital welcome packet, website and social media, and printed for welcome bags and signs, as well as on merchandise.
