How I got here: From desk clerk to representing a great southern community, I got here through hard work and delivering expectations to the boss, team and customers at every turn.
Impressive stats: I am happy to report the numbers have increased year over year here in Shreveport Bossier by 35 percent annually. Training a team and coaching is where success is found.
What I am working on now: I am setting the goals and responsibilities for the future, and as I look back on the past four years, I reflect on why I took this job and how far along we have come together. I have learned much about living in the south.
What I do outside of work: I find myself spending much time at local events and especially like antiquing and my Saturday mornings running around the estate sale world.
