Audience response systems are evolving—just check out the Communicator, a new product from Machine Dreams that can be used at meetings, conferences, and during teambuilding exercises. The model looks like a slim cell phone, allows for text messaging between audience members and a presenter, and has a microphone to make for easier question and answer sessions. Equipped with a memory card, users can store data and share information during the course of the event. You can even brand the screen with your company logo. Rental cost includes a $1,000 set-up fee and runs between $10 and $20 per piece, based on the number of attendees and the amount of days needed.
