Where to Take Groups for Culinary—and Cultural—Experiences

Chef Neal Fraser of restaurants BLD and Grace now offers private classes. Fraser focuses on charcuterie, teaching students about the region from which each selection of meat and cheese hails, how it’s made, and which wine is the best match. Groups can request classes that focus on a specific country or region—like France, Mexico, Bordeaux, or Tuscany—and can hold the class at either restaurant or take it to an off-site cooking school like Pacific Palisades’ Chefmakers (which would incur additional fees for space rental). Interested parties may book classes by calling Grace.
