Brio Tuscan Grille, a Bravo Brio Restaurant Group concept, opened its second Las Vegas location in April at Tivoli Village. It's the first Brio Tuscan Grille to open in 2011 and the second this year for the restaurant group, which owns and operate 88 restaurants. The venue is right for client entertaining, and has a capacity of 340, with patio seating available. There are no private rooms at the new location (though private space is available at the Town Square venue for groups requiring privacy).
Brio, which means “lively” or “full of life” in Italian, bills itself as affordable and upscale, and offers authentic Northern Italian cuisine. The menu offers wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops, and seafood, inspired by authentic restaurants in Tuscany.
Inside Tivoli Village at Queensridge, Brio is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Weekend brunch is available.
"We are proud to unveil our newest addition to our family of restaurants,” said restaurant group C.E.O. and president Saed Mohseni in an announcement. “Brio Tuscan Grille has a prime location at Tivoli Village, which we predict will be a favorite amongst Las Vegas residents and visitors.”
