Here's a look at the best new Las Vegas restaurants, corporate event venues, hotels, conference centers, and private and party rooms to open for events this fall. These new and renovated Las Vegas venues can accommodate groups large or small for private and corporate events, conferences, meetings, weddings, business dinners, teambuilding activities, cocktail parties, and more.

Chef Julian Serrano's Italian small-plates concept Lago debuted at the Bellagio in April. With design inspired by the Italian Futurismo movement of Milan, the venue features a colorful mosaic that depicts an aerial map of Milan, while the interior has a glass-and-chrome bar and arched windows that overlook the Fountains of Bellagio. The 6,650-square-foot space seats 270 and has a private dining room adjacent to the main dining room.

An expansion of the Tropicana Las Vegas's Trinidad Pavilion finished in June. The 26,000-square-foot addition offers 11 breakout rooms with 16-foot ceilings, along with new private restrooms, escalators, and faster Wi-Fi. The pavilion now offers 55,000 square feet of space that can accommodate as many as 4,800 attendees for large corporate meetings and events, large-scale food and beverage functions, and sporting events. Overall, the entire complex now has 100,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and seats 1,400 banquet-style or 2,700 theater-style.

Chef Aaron Neeley's 24-hour venture, Siegel's 1941, opened inside the El Cortez Hotel & Casino in June. The restaurant pays homage to the era of Bugsy Siegel and his inner circle of mobsters in decor and food, with an extensive menu filled with modern spins on classic Italian- and Jewish-American dishes such as lasagna bolognese and matzo ball soup— as well as a variety of half-pound burgers. The 5,000-square-foot space has wooden tabletops, red leather booths, and archival artwork that completes the 1930s and '40s atmosphere. The restaurant seats 150 and has additional bar seating.

The eat-in version of its MGM Grand candy shop, Hexx Kitchen & Bar opened inside the Paris Las Vegas in April. Developed by chefs Matthew Silverman and Matthew Piekarski, the 30,000-square-foot space has a chocolate counter where guests can see cacao beans sourced from farms near the equator transformed into craft chocolate. The 24-hour American restaurant has an outdoor patio and dining room that overlook the Fountains of Bellagio and can accommodate more than 300 guests. The venue offers numerous options for special events, including a raised dining area and private dining for large groups.

Restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla opened Andiron Steak & Sea in Summerlin in March. Combining traditional steak house elements with vegetarian and seafood options, the restaurant offers food that can be grilled, shucked, or seared. Inspired by Hamptons cottages, the navy and cream-colored interior was designed by Design Bureaux Inc. and has a glass-walled kitchen and floor-to-ceiling plantation shutters in the main dining room, which seats 150. Together, the bar and patio area seats 88 people, while the private dining room seats 40.

Therapy Las Vegas opened in June in Fremont East. The restaurant offers an American gastro-style menu by executive chef Daniel Ontiveros, as well as a full bar with more than 40 craft beers and signature drinks. The space is 4,100 square feet and seats nearly 140 guests. A 600-square-foot loft is available for semiprivate events, and the entire restaurant can be booked for private dining or special events.

Buca Café Italiano, an offshoot of Italian chain Buca di Beppo, opened at Bally's Las Vegas in June. Owned by Planet Hollywood International, the restaurant is inspired by Italian cafés and offers all-you-can-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 6,500-square-foot space seats more than 300 and features quirky decor and rooms like the Pope room. The space also has an 850-square-foot semiprivate room that seats 60.

Tequila Taqueria, which also opened at Bally's Las Vegas in June, is a colorful Mexican restaurant that boasts a selection of 41 tequila and 10 Mexican beer options, along with its Mexican fare. Dishes include tacos prepared with fresh-pressed corn and flour tortillas, guacamole made table-side, and burgers on buns with the venue's gecko branded mark. The 2,500-square-foot space seats 80.

Tapas, a Mediterranean and Spanish small-plates concept by chef Alex Stratta, opened in April in Tivoli Village. Signature dishes include Valenciana paella and Moroccan chicken with apricots, along with Spanish and other internationally sourced wines. The 5,400-square-foot interior, which features red chairs and yellow accents, includes paintings on the walls by Stratta. The space seats 138, including 64 on the 2,000-square-foot patio and 44 additional seats at the bar. A private event space is located on the second floor and seats 120.

Co-owners Marcella Menichuck and Jamie Stephenson launched the second location of the Juice Standard in Henderson in March. The 1,750-square-foot location offers cold-pressed, organic juices made with locally sourced fruits and vegetables under 3,000 pounds of pressure. The new location offers juices in 16-ounce glass Singletons and also has smoothies, espresso, and acai bowls. The space holds as many as 65 people and is available for company meetings.
