Coughlin Named Chesterfield Hotel's Exec Chef

Florida Culinary Institute graduate Gerard Coughlin has been hired as the executive chef for the Chesterfield Palm Beach. Formerly the sous chef for both Café Europe and the Palm Beach Grill, Coughlin will be replacing chef Jay Redington at the small luxury boutique hotel once listed by Condé Nast Traveler among the world's best places to stay.
