Pennsylvania Avenue’s Willard InterContinental Hotel added Café du Parc, a French bistro, to its list of offerings in early April. Located next door to the hotel, the bilevel restaurant boasts a bright and airy atmosphere, thanks to several large windows that also afford great views of Pershing Park and the U.S. Treasury. The venue’s upper, more formal level seats 96 and offers a traditional French-bistro menu, while the lower level offers more casual fare (including takeaway foods) and has a 30-seat wine bar focusing on—you guessed it—French wines. Both the upper and lower levels offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a Parisian-style outdoor seating area for 42 is also on-site.
