Last Friday, the Sè San Diego had its grand opening, after a December soft opening. Within the new hotel, Suite & Tender Bar, Lounge, and Restaurant offers the cuisine of James Beard Award-winning chef Christopher Lee and has interior designs by Dodd Mitchell. The surf-and-turf spot emphasizes seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood. The wine list is American-focused, and guests may choose their pour from just a taste to a bottomless glass, as well as create their own wine flights.
The restaurant is available for buyout or private dining. Suite & Tender can seat 126 or hold 250 for receptions. The bar seats 41 or holds 75 for receptions. The lobby lounge seats 30.
The restaurant is currently open for dinner and drinks and will open for lunch beginning April 1.
