Los Angeles-based chef David Myers brought his modern brasserie Comme Ça to Las Vegas. This second location (a companion to the West Hollywood flagship) is at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Inspired by French neighborhood brasseries, the Adam D. Tihany-designed restaurant serves hearty brasserie classics alongside handcrafted cocktails. There's a total capacity of 282 seats, with 60 seats on the patio, 18 in the patio cabana, and 80 in the lounge.
Signature dishes include the Comme Ça burger, topped with cheddar and a signature dressing, as well as grand plateau and côte de boeuf. Desserts, created by pastry chef Ramon Perez, also include French classics like ice-cream-filled profiteroles and chocolate bread pudding. Comme Ça also showcases a selection of rare aged cheeses.
A 300-bottle wine list is comprised entirely of varieties from France and the United States. Known as 18A, the venue's beverage program includes handcrafted retro-inspired cocktails made with seasonal herbs, fruits, and spices.
The look of the venue channels 1920s Paris, with modern touches. Graphic murals, pewter accents, and distressed-oak walls pair with with custom mosaic-tile flooring, amber glass chandeliers, and green enamel and pewter dining tables. The patio features sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip.
The venue is open for lunch and dinner.
