The Miami area’s transformation into an art, design, and fashion capital—with internationally celebrated events like Art Basel and Design Miami—has been well documented. But South Florida also hosts an array of events important to a wide range of industries, from foodies flooding into town for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, to hundreds of thousands dancing at Ultra Music Fest and browsing water crafts at the world’s largest boat show. These 100 happenings are the annual events that light up the region year after year—plus a few more to watch for the future.
