The drawing room at the front of the house is the larger space and can seat 50, or hold 100 for a cocktail reception when the foyer space is included. Original details like the carved door and window frames, delicate lights that line the ceiling, and the bird motif on the crown moulding are all markers of the Romanesque Revival style, popular during the period. Large windows let in natural light, and the room includes a working fireplace.
The dining room is connected to the drawing room but can be closed off with two ornate pocket doors. The space can seat up to 30 and can hold 50 for a reception when the foyer space is included. Windows line one wall, and a mirrored bar lines the other.
