LAS VEGAS: Hakkasan Group has appointed two new executive chefs. Corporate executive chef Andrew Yeo will lead culinary worldwide of the Cantonese brands in the Asian Luxury collection, which include Hakkasan, Yauatcham, and Ling Ling. Chen-Wei Chan, executive chef of special projects in the U.S., will lead culinary for Hakkasan’s U.S. locations.
LOS ANGELES: The Recording Academy has appointed national officers of the Board of Trustees. Record producer Harvey Mason Jr. has been elected chair of the Board of Trustees; managing partner of Placement Music Tammy Hurt will serve as vice chair; veteran music executive Terry Hemmings was re-elected secretary and treasurer; and recording artist and C.E.O. of Swan Songs Christine Albert will serve as chair emeritus.
