US: Post Malone’s Posty Fest Lineup, the New $500 Million Caesars Virginia, Pendry Manhattan Opens and More

DALLAS: Post Malone has announced the performance lineup for his third annual Posty Fest. The music festival will be hosted by Kerwin Frost, with performances from Megan THEE Stallion, Roddy Rich, Lil Uzi Vert and Jack Harlow, among others. This year, Posty Fest will run from Oct. 30-31, exclusively in an outdoor space at the AT&T Stadium.

DANVILLE, VA: Caesars Entertainment’s new $500 million Caesars Virginia resort is expected to break ground in December, with an anticipated opening in late 2023. The resort will have 500 guest rooms, a casino floor featuring more than 1,400 slot machine games, 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and new on-site restaurants and bars.

LOS ANGELES: The soon-to-open Hyatt Place/Hyatt House LAX will feature five new meeting spaces with two chef-driven culinary concepts focused on bringing healthy gourmet dining to the area. The 3,100 square feet of meeting space includes ShoresLAX, an upscale rooftop dining experience, and Greenleaf Kitchen and Cocktails, a traditional restaurant on the main floor. A larger meeting space can be broken in two, with the Melrose room seating 80 or holding 120 for receptions and the Malibu room seating 40 or holding 60 for receptions. 

NEW YORK: Pendry Manhattan West has officially opened, marking the brand's first hotel in New York City. The property has 164 guest rooms, which includes 30 suites, and three new food and beverage options: Bar Pendry, Garden Room and the signature restaurant, Zou Zou’s. The space also has over 60,000 square feet of multipurpose entertainment and meeting rooms.

The 10th Annual Winter Film Awards International Film Festival will run from Sept. 23 to Oct. 2. The event will include film screenings, discussion panels, parties and professional development workshops. There are over 91 films being shown from 28 different countries. The festival also aims to showcase diversity, with more than half of the lineup made by or about people of color.
