NATIONAL: ASAE, a membership organization of more than 48,000 association executives, has partnered with event engagement company Event Farm to leverage CLEAR Health Pass at all its in-person meetings in 2022. ASAE meeting registrants will be able to securely upload and access their COVID-19-related health information prior to an event; the partnership will also utilize Event Farm's technology surrounding crowd control, contactless data exchange and real-time SMS texting.

Global sports marketing agency rEvolution has announced Tony Lorenz as its global head of corporate development, with a focus on the company’s merger and acquisitions. Lorenz was a founding investing partner of rEvolution, and in his new position plans to converge B2B and B2C event experiences as well as further bolster the agency’s presence as a global leader in sports marketing.

AUSTIN: Two well-known comedy festivals—Moontower Comedy Festival and Just For Laughs—have partnered to present the inaugural Moontower Just For Laughs Austin fest, which will take place in downtown Austin from April 13-24. GLENDALE, ARIZ: Visit Glendale has launched a virtual, 360-degree tour that showcases popular Arizona attractions such as the Westgate Entertainment District and Tanger Outlets, plus in-depth looks at meeting spaces in a number of Glendale hotels. The immersive experience will allow visitors to click through and virtually “walk” around venues, restaurants, lodging and more as if they were getting an in-person tour.
