NEW YORK: Hidden Leaf, a new pan-Asian inspired restaurant from Brooklyn restaurateur Josh Cohen, has opened inside the recently debuted performance venue Midnight Theatre in Manhattan West. The menu, which was curated by executive chef Chai Trivedi and internationally renowned bartender Iain Griffiths, features jade tofu prepared with sichuan chili crisp, unique spins on fried rice, as well as the Leaf Royale cocktail with vodka, betel leaf, green tea, and sparkling wine.
The 13th Annual Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) Unconditional Love Gala will be held on July 16 at 6 p.m. The event will honor William Bratton, a former New York City police commissioner, and Jonathan McCann, the founding president of SASF. Proceeds from the gala will directly benefit more than 5,000 animals who are housed at the shelter each year.
