Located in a cove within the Grand Cul de Sac natural reserve, Le Sereno boasts 39 newly renovated suites, four-bedroom villas, fine dining at an on-site Italian restaurant helmed by chef Davide Mosca, and a wellness program where groups can embark on nature explorations, participate in mindfulness activities, and get spa treatments on an outdoor pavillion. The hotel also recently kicked off its Artist in Residence program where guests can partake in a complimentary art class inspired by their surroundings while sipping on specialty drinks.

Organizers are expecting about the same number of eventgoers this year. VANCOUVER: The Michelin Guide released its first Vancouver iteration last week, awarding eight restaurants with one star, 12 with Bib Gourmand designations, and 40 “Recommended” restaurants. The anonymous chief restaurant inspector praised the 60 selections for its global flavors and seemingly chose less formal restaurants helmed by chefs serving totally unique dishes rather than the usual upscale, haute dining destinations. Restaurants that received one Michelin star include AnnaLena, Budock & Co., Kissa Tanto, Masayoshi, and Published on Main St., among others; while Anh and Chi, Fable Kitchen, and Little Bird Dim Sum + Craft Beer, along with nine others, received Bib Gourmands.
