GLOBAL: Atlantis Paradise Island has appointed Liliana Dale as its new director of national accounts in the international segment. She brings two decades of experience in hospitality, meetings, and revenue management to her new role, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in hospitality and tourism management, and language fluency in Romanian as well as conversational abilities in French and Italian. 

BOSTON: Meet Boston is shifting its membership model to a partnership model, partnering with over 900 businesses to drive the visitor economy in Boston. New initiatives and the newly established six pillars include quarterly educational programming, hyper-targeted networking and connection opportunities, enhanced onboarding tools, specially designed programs and resources, destination training, data research updates, and opportunities to participate in neighborhood and localized programs/experiences.

As well as highlighting the latest advancements in event management technology, the report focuses on the tools and tech meeting professionals can use to maximize their data and to upgrade their programs. FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA.: The Las Olas Oceanside Park (LOOP) is having its third annual Spring Fling EGGstravaganza on April 2 from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. The family event is largely sponsored by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Beach Improvement District and will include a farmers market, egg hunt "scramble," a golden egg hunt, golf with the bunny, eco-friendly children’s arts and crafts, photo ops, entertainment, and more. 

LAS VEGAS: Independent festival producers Good Vibes Presents and Reggae Rise Up are partnering to bring Holo Holo Music Festival to Las Vegas, transforming it into an island oasis from May 6-7. The festival will take place at the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center. The event is for all ages and has six different ticket tiers available for purchase.
