GLOBAL: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico’s Hilton Vallarta Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort has launched Enclave, Hilton’s signature room category that comes with exclusive benefits and amenities. The debut of the program makes Hilton Vallarta Riviera the second all-inclusive Hilton outpost to implement Enclave (the other is Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort). Enclave guests staying at the 444-key property can now select from four room categories, including the Enclave Presidential Suite, with in-room, upgraded amenities like a minibar, welcome amenity, and nightly turndown service. Enclave guests will also have access to the Enclave Lounge, which offers private check-ins, daily complimentary F&B offerings, WiFi, and more.

CALGARY: Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo is headed to Stampede Park April 27-30, inviting comic book, cosplay, and video game fans to connect with like-minded individuals for four days of attractions, exhibitions, fan meetups, and more. More information about the event, including tickets, are available on Calgary Expo’s website. Tickets start at $22 for a single day, $109 for a four-day pass, and $139 for the ultimate fan package.

MONTREAL: Tourisme Montréal continues its sustainable development efforts with the launch of two directories designed to help corporate event organizers and delegates looking to make a positive social and environmental impact in the city. The first directory lists a variety of donation opportunities in addition to recycling and reuse options to offset an event footprint, and the second offers an array of volunteer activities available in the Montréal community. They can be found on Tourisme Montréal's website.

TORONTO: Downsview Park is playing host to a free Earth Day festival—dubbed “Jour de la Terre”—on April 22. Designed to celebrate the planet and the environment, attendees can expect activities and educational touchpoints for guests of all ages, including seedball making and nature play. There will also be live musical performances, on-site greenhouses to explore, and food and market vendors. The event is also dog friendly, and, although free, aspiring attendees are encouraged to secure a reservation via Eventbrite.

In early March, Nelly announced that his first-ever music festival—Hot in Here—is slated to take place in Downsview Park on June 24. The lineup is already chock full of famed artists, including Ne-Yo, Akon, and Rick Ross, to name a few. Tiered ticket options to Hot in Here are available on its website, starting at $170 for general admission, and increasing to up to $275 for VIP options. A VIP booth is also on offer starting at $2,250, where guests will get access to a private area with up to 20 entry tickets, private bathrooms, a private entrance, a dedicated wait staff, and more.
