US: Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter's Renovation, Lift San Francisco, NIVA '23, and More

LAS VEGAS: Bellagio Resort & Casino will host Rudd Estate for one night only on Saturday, June 24, at 6:30 p.m. as the multigenerational winery collaborates with celebrity chef Michael Mina for an exclusive dinner experience at Michael Mina Bellagio. The special evening will be guided by Rudd Estate winemaker Natalie Bath, who will walk guests through the wine pairings for each course, as Mina takes guests on a culinary journey with a seasonal menu. Tickets are $750 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Legacy Club, located within Circa Resort & Casino, will host a Fourth of July bash, dubbed Star-Spangled Glamour, on July 4, where revelers can see some of the best views of Las Vegas’ fireworks display and enjoy specialty cocktails, bites, and live music. General admission tickets are priced at $125 per person, plus LET.

SAN DIEGO: Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter announced the completion of its $22.5 million renovation project. The completely remodeled full-service hotel offers 286 guest rooms, lofts, and suites. Award-winning design firm waldrop+nichols studio, based in Texas, created a contemporary casual California aesthetic featuring artistic and playful elements of the Gaslamp Quarter’s early inhabitants. New restaurant concept Wild Hare Bar Garden offers California cuisine that highlights locally sourced meat and produce, as well as organic ingredients from an on-site herb garden found on the starlit terrace.

SAN FRANCISCO: Lift San Francisco—a gathering for the cannabis industry—will now include the Lift Expo, scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 3, and Friday, Aug. 4. The Lift Cannabis Business Conference (previously scheduled during a pre-show period prior to the expo) will take place Thursday, Aug. 3, as a combined event with a new Investment Summit presented in partnership with The Arcview Group.

WASHINGTON, D.C.: The National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) will bring the independent live concert, comedy, promoter, and festival industry together for its second annual national gathering in Washington, D.C., at NIVA ’23, taking place July 9-12. The conference will shine a light on NIVA’s 26 D.C. members, with conference programming to take place across 12 venues throughout the city, including 9:30 Club, The Anthem, The Atlantis, Black Cat, and Capital Turnaround.
