What I do: I conduct a complex symphony of operations to deliver immediate results for clients and drive long term business solutions for the organization.
How I got here: Through hard work, perseverance, a sense of humor and the support and guidance of so many! Working hands-on as an event manager at a convention center and as an Operations Manager for a smaller event agency, laid the foundation for building best-in-class operations teams at CWT Meetings & Events, who are creating extraordinary client experiences and delivering company results.
Greatest career accomplishment: I successfully negotiated six-year Strategic Meetings Management contract renewal with a Fortune 5 technology company.
Impressive stats: I implemented a Strategic Meetings Management Program with a global healthcare and technology company with more than 1,800 meetings annually and 45 team members in 90 days and received 100% client satisfaction rating.
What I am working on now: I am excited about the globalization of our group travel operations. I love engaging with the teams and leaders across the world to uncover the best things happening in each location and then putting together those “bests” into a seamless and standardized delivery.
What I do outside of work: I love to spend time outdoors and traveling with my husband, Shawn, and two children. You can also find me volunteering at my church in the nursery on Sunday mornings, practicing calligraphy, or watching college women’s hoops.
