Kevin V. Edmunds 32, Vice President of Sales Hard Rock All Inclusive Collection, Aliso Viejo, Calif. How I got here: “I first worked in hotel representation with my father, who was in the industry 30-plus years. I represented properties in the group market in Mexico and the Caribbean. After transitioning to AIC as regional director, I was promoted two years ago.”

Superstar stats: Since he started, Edmunds’ department numbers have increased over 25 percent. More than 70 percent is repeat group business.

Currently working on: “We’re giving clients Fitbits, sport headphones and Nikes. At the end of the year, we’ll do a 5K for charity combined with a massive FAM trip for top performing clients at a property. Everyone can wear their gifts.”
