With employee wellbeing continuing to be at the forefront of culture at most companies, finding activities that nourish mental, physical, and emotional health (that aren’t boring) is more important than ever. From flamingo yoga to heliport cycling, these activities take the wellness experience to the next level—literally.
Electronic Music Meditation

At Hotel Café Royal in London, guide Belinda Matwali pairs electronic music with various stages of meditation. That's because the beats and bass in electronic music can help to bring brainwaves into a gamma state, while ambient electronic music can calm us and relax the body into a parasympathetic state. Sessions are priced at about $159 per person; it includes 90-minute access to the hotel's spa and gym facilities before or after the class.

Flamingo Yoga

At Baha Mar in Nassau, guests can up their balancing game by participating in Flamingo Yoga. The flamingos apparently love the feel and texture of the yoga mats and like to join in. The 55-minute classes include a team member who works with and cares for the flamingos. Classes are $80 per person.
