As part of the national launch for its new flat-front pants, Dockers hosted a gifting suite during Super Bowl weekend at the Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel in Miami. The company had an on-site tailor doing alterations, distressing, patchwork, and monogramming.

Also for the Super Bowl, Party Planners West used three tents to create the N.F.L. Tailgate, a huge lounge with areas for music performances and other live entertainment, as well as places for guests to eat and drink.

At the Consumer Electronics Show, Wired hosted a lounge designed by Precision Event Group that offered energizing drinks and snacks, opportunities for the media to connect with its editors, and a "Gadget Lab" showcasing tech products.

For the Golden Globes, In Style worked with Caravents to create a white-draped beauty lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel, where guests could get a range of pampering services.

For the Sundance Film Festival, Precision Event Group worked with Bravo to create a salon promoting hairstyling reality competition Shear Genius. In the salon, guests watched clips of the show and received complimentary massages and haircuts.

Godiva worked with Larry Abel Designs to create a branded lounge for In Style and Warner Brothers' Golden Globes viewing party. Elements included walls, bars, and a clock made of chocolate, as well as chocolate cocktails with Godiva liqueur.

The Mercedez-Benz Star Lounge at the New York Fashion Week tents was designed by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. The duo chose a red, white, and silver palette inspired by a photograph of a model leaning against a Mercedes and wearing a futuristic metallic dress.
