The Hyatt Regency Toronto will open to guests in the Entertainment District on February 17—which coincides with the Park Hyatt's 10th anniversary in Yorkville. The hotel chain is presently completing renovations to the downtown location, which was built in 1990 and is still operating under its current branding as the Holiday Inn on King. New additions to the hotel will include a lobby bar, a restaurant with two private dining rooms, a screening room, the Regency Club, and a fitness centre.
The hotel has 394 guest rooms and 32 suites, all of which have been renovated. The Hyatt Regency also features a rooftop pool with views of the city skyline, two ballrooms, and a 7,000-square-foot conference centre. The Hirschberg Design Group is completing the renovations.
