Green Parties Roll Out Green Carpets

As is typical of events for nonprofit Global Green USA, guests of its 10th annual Millennium awards on April 1 entered the Beverly Hills Hotel on a green carpet, calling attention to the organization's mission to preserve the environment. The black-tie dinner presented awards to individuals and organizations who work toward the betterment of the environment.

We also expect to see a green carpet at Elle magazine's event for its "green issue" at the Pacific Design Center on April 11. The party will feature an advance screening of the HBO documentary Too Hot Not to Handle, and Starbucks will sponsor.
