Here's a look at the best new and renovated venues in Las Vegas such as corporate event venues, party rooms, conference centers, restaurants with private rooms, unique venues, and more. These event and meeting spaces can accommodate groups large or small for summer entertaining including business dinners, cocktail parties, conferences, and private and corporate events.

A casual sister restaurant to the speakeasy-themed Commonwealth, Park on Freemont is a 5,000-square-foot gastropub where the 2,500-square-foot exterior is the draw. The back patio looks like the overgrown garden of a rural Disney character, with antique furniture, a mosaic-tiled hopscotch game, a flower-filled claw-foot bathtub, and an outdoor bar built from salvaged barn wood. It serves food and a noteworthy drink menu day and night, fully immersed in Las Vegas’s burgeoning downtown scene.

The latest from Bank, 1Oak, and Haze founders the Light Group, Light Nightclub is a partnership with Cirque du Soleil. Themes from the popular fantasy circus appear in everything from the music to the decor to the employees’ costumes. The 28,000-square-foot club has room for 2,065 guests. For buyouts, Light's massive LED walls and screens can display corporate art and logos.

Located in the former Playboy Club space at the top of Palms’ Fantasy Tower, the View offers billiards in what comes off as an upscale rec room—with incredible views of the city. Dark wood, zebra-print fabrics, and leather couches set the tone in the lounge, which has 8,869 square feet of space and accommodates 450 for buyouts.

With a main dining room, intimate upstairs room, and patio, chef Angelo Sosa’s Asian bistro Poppy Den can seat 220 and has more than 5,400 square feet of space. A calm, rustic environment in Summerlin, the restaurant works for groups meeting on the west side of town or for those who want to escape the bustle of Las Vegas Boulevard.

The Vegas location of international restaurant chain Hakkasan has the brand’s first nightclub. With 80,000 square feet of space spread over five floors, Hakkasan has a sprawling dining room with a second-floor private room, a third-floor lounge, and smaller nightclub; a fourth-floor main room and pavilion; and a V.I.P. mezzanine on the top.

After its recent $1.7 million face-lift, Treasure Island’s conference and meeting spaces have new furniture, wallpaper, artwork, carpet, and audio systems spread over a floor plan of more than 15,000 square feet. The Ballroom comprises almost 12,000 feet with dividers for six separate spaces and room for groups of as many as 1,100. The smaller Caribbean room holds 210 in its 3,120 square feet, and the intimate Mediterranean room is 598 square feet and seats 40.

Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas opens later this summer on an 8.8-acre site outside of the city. Strapped into the dinner table and suspended 180 feet in the air, guests will be served a three-course meal with wine pairings and have 360-degree views of Las Vegas. Two tables seat 22 guests each, and a reception area on the ground holds as many as 1,000 people for private events.

Poshburger Bistro in Summerlin is a 2,000-square-foot, rustic-themed restaurant that seats 97 guests inside and 55 outdoors. With long oak benches around the dining tables, the bistro is a good fit for the informal after-conference crowd.

After closing its flagship location, Firefly Tapas Kitchen & Bar opened a location at the former Mr. B’s Bar & Grill just a few feet north, giving it a $200,000 face-lift and the name Firefly on Paradise. The space, by comparison, is massive: the interior comprises 11,400 square feet, and a patio adds another 2,000. For private gatherings, the outdoor V.I.P. area on the southwest edge has 13-foot walls to block out the noise from the restaurant.

Just off downtown’s Fremont Street, Morton Group’s La Comida recently debuted as a much-needed restaurant on the block. Built to look like a funky, Dia de los Muertos-inspired Mexico City eatery, La Comida has seating for 80 in the dining room, 15 at the bar, and 24 on the patio over 3,000 square feet of space.
