James Brady, the owner of Loft Eleven, has a new space for events that offers even more amenities. Located on the top floor of Loft Eleven's building in Hell's Kitchen, Penthouse 15 is a 5,000-square-foot loft space with wraparound windows, a full professional kitchen, two freight elevators and two passenger elevators, refinished hardwood floors and lots of nearby parking.
