The au courant Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel—which is currently packing them in at the hotel's Amanda Scheer Demme project the Tropicana Bar—hardly needed another new venue to lure a young, stylish crowd. But it just got one anyway. The petite 60-seat 25 Degrees restaurant is a burger bar serving wines by the half bottle and the glass. French fries are served with a choice of 18 different dipping sauces. The decor is cozy, with mirrored tiling in a cool diamond pattern, ornate flocked wallpaper, and leather bar stools and banquettes. Tim and Liza Goodell, who manage the property’s Dakota restaurant, also manage 25 Degrees. —Alesandra Dubin
