The economic climate has made for a rocky year in the South Florida event community. The region’s corporate, nonprofit, and independent planners have been forced to retool their thinking and find new approaches to their annual benefits, festivals, and trade shows. Despite the challenges, these 100 events have continued to hold a strong presence within their industries and will continue to command influence in 2010.
