Since opening his studio in 1980, Bailey has been a leading figure in the industry, executing lush environments for celebrity clientele and big-name brands, including his most recent work for the Wynn hotel chain. The elaborate floral installations at the Wynn Palace in Cotai, Macau, demonstrate his strong eye for detail and mastery with blooms. The New York-based designer is also sharing his extensive knowledge through his PB Protégé program, a series of classes that offer mentorship and education to professionals at all levels.
