Super Bowl Sunday—this year February 2—marks the second-highest day of food consumption of the year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. And while stats show that approximately 1.33 billion football fanatics will be devouring chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday, planners can satisfy a viewing party's vegans, vegetarians, and clean-eaters alike with these plant-based bites offered at catering companies and restaurants across the country.
