MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Nu Wave Swim, a new Miami Swim Week program from World Red Eye founder Seth Browarnik and his partner Michele Addison, will take place July 11-14 at Miami Beach Botanical Garden. The program will feature fashion events, activations, and runway shows.
The Florida Keys & Key West tourism council and the Key West Business Guild will participate in New York’s WorldPride March and PrideFest. During the march, a Keys contingent will carry a 100-foot section of the 1.25-mile “sea-to-sea” pride flag, which was fabricated by the late rainbow flag creator Gilbert Baker.

WASHINGTON: To coincide with Capital Pride on June 8-9, Washington-area Hilton hotels will debut pride-theme benches with special activations. Participating hotels include Canopy by Hilton Washington D.C. Bethesda North, Canopy by Hilton Washington D.C. the Wharf, Capital Hilton, Conrad Washington D.C., the Graham Georgetown, Hilton Arlington, and Washington Hilton.
