AUSTIN: Austin Proper Hotel & Residences will open in January. The property will have 244 hotel rooms, nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and multiple dining and beverage concepts from McGuire Moorman Hospitality.

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA: Highmark TechSystems, a supplier for exhibit systems and structural solutions for events, will hold a block party at the company’s campus on September 20. 

LAS VEGAS: The 55th annual Academy of Country Music Awards will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 5, 2020, on CBS. 

LOS ANGELES: The Los Angeles L.G.B.T. Center will celebrate its 50th anniversary with the Hearts of Gold concert and multimedia show on September 21 at the Greek Theatre. The event will feature Sia, Lily Tomlin, Kathy Griffin, Rufus Wainwright, and more.
