ATLANTA: Kimpton Buckhead will open in late 2020. The 216-room hotel will have 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space. 

LOS ANGELES: Vinovore, a female-run wine shop in Silver Lake, will host a block party for its second anniversary on October 12. 

The team behind the Saved by the Max, Good Burger, and Peach Pit pop-up restaurants will debut the Breaking Bad Experience in West Hollywood on October 16. The interactive restaurant will feature set recreations and show-inspired menu, including a D.I.Y. menu of chemically reactive cocktails; tickets are now on sale. 

The 28th edition of Photo L.A. runs January 30-February 2, 2020, at Barker Hangar. The photography fair will display work from more than 60 local and international galleries and dealers.

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: 1 Hotel South Beach will host a Cocktail Clean-Up Crawl on October 19. The ticketed event invites attendees to clean up streets in South Beach and try Ilegal Mezcal cocktails at participating bars. Proceeds go toward Debris Free Oceans and Surfrider. 

NEW YORK: The 27th annual Hamptons International Film Festival runs October 10-14. Screenings will take place at venues including Guild Hall, Rowdy Hall, and 1770 House. 

Rescue Dogs Rock N.Y.C.’s second annual gala will take place October 22 at 583 Park Avenue. 

The International Women’s Media Foundation’s annual Courage in Journalism Awards ceremony will take place October 30 at Cipriani 42nd Street. Norah O’Donnell and Cecilia Vega will host the event. 

The Voodoo 849 Halloween event will take place October 31 at Second at Kimpton Hotel Eventi. The New Orleans-theme event will celebrate Marie Laveau with spaces inspired by the French Quarter and St. Louis Cemetery No. 1. The event will be designed by Jasin Cadic and produced by hospitality and design firm Ariamnes. Pose star Dominique Jackson and Real Housewives of New York City stars Luann de Lesseps and Dorinda Medley will host the event, which will feature a performance by She Wants Revenge.

TORONTO: Sinai Health Foundation’s ninth annual Great Jewellery Heist will take place November 1 at the Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. The luncheon and jewellery auction supports Toronto’s Bridgepoint Active Healthcare.
