MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Kimpton Angler’s Hotel South Beach will complete its six-year, $61 million renovation this fall. The renovation includes the debut of a a new restaurant, Seawell Fish n’ Oyster, and the redesign of the hotel’s four original buildings. The property has 132 rooms and meeting space for groups of as many as 300.
