DALLAS: Skift has revealed plans for its inaugural Skift Aviation Forum, in association with Skift Airline Weekly. With Dallas Fort Worth International Airport serving as the premier host, the event will take place November 18 and 19.

Reed Exhibitions has acquired two Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) events: the ITS World Congress, plus the society's annual meetings. The 27th World Congress takes place October 4 to 8 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Wynwood Pride’s three-day festival will return this year, from June 12 to 14. The free event will feature lip-syncing battles, DJs, artisan vendors, and more.
NEW YORK: Celebrity chef Jonathan Waxman has re-opened Barbuto, his iconic West Village restaurant for 15 years, following a shut-down that's been in place since May, according to Eater.com. The new restaurant has opened in a new location but is just up the street from the original site.
SAN DIEGO: Break Point—a 10,000-square-foot entertainment venue boasting dining, drinks, four bowling lanes, and a dance floor—is open in Pacific Beach. Packages for special events and private parties are in the works.
