Experiential design company Blueprint Studios has launched Re:Join. The new initiative aims to help the live event industry navigate through today's new normal with an online content series. Re:Join will offer tips on how to harness exclusivity in smaller numbers, how to bring safety and confidence to guests, and more. 

The American Society of Interior Designers has announced a new virtual internship program for design students. The online program balances on-demand learning content with live, interactive events that connect aspiring designers with industry leaders to gain experience in design firm life. The program is available to graduate and undergraduate students. 

DETROIT: Larry Alexander, CEO of Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau, will retire on December 31. 

LAS VEGAS: Topgolf Las Vegas reopened on June 18 with new safety procedures in place. Locals can take advantage of the Summer Fun Pass for $159, which provides unlimited gameplay on weekdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. for up to six players. 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.: The Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront opened earlier this month. The 305-room property features Virginia Beach’s largest ocean-front ballroom and over 20,000 square feet of modern meeting and event space. It's the most recent addition to The Cavalier Resort, which includes the Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club.
