CANADA: Edmonton's BeerFest, The 2023 Ottawa Awards, Toronto Art Crawl's Annual Market, and More

CALGARY: The Sociality x Canon Creator Lab Calgary Creative Experience will be held at the Calgary Central Library on Feb. 26 from 9 a.m.-noon. In collaboration with The Camera Store, the event is designed for creatives to expand their creative network and to meet others in the creative industry and Alberta community. Attendees will also be able to capture pictures and videos in and around Calgary Central Library to try out a variety of Canon gear, including mirrorless bodies and lenses, and more. 

EDMONTON: Edmonton’s BeerFest will take place March 24-25 at the Edmonton Convention Center. Western Canada’s biggest beer festival will feature live entertainment, local cuisine, educational classes, demonstrations and workshops, and more. There are three levels of ticket options available for purchase, including two VIP and one general admission option. Tickets purchased for the canceled 2020 BeerFest are valid for this year’s event. 

OTTAWA: FACES Magazine is hosting the 2023 Ottawa Awards, presented by Mattamy Homes, at the Shaw Centre on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. The event will celebrate the people and places of Ottawa for an upscale evening complete with a red carpet, an award ceremony, and dancing. Attendees are also encouraged to network with the 1,000-plus businesspeople expected to be in attendance. Tickets are available on Eventbrite starting at $107.83.  

TORONTO: Toronto Art Crawl is hosting its seventh annual Urban Exhibit Market at the Woolfitt Gallery on Feb. 19 from noon-5 p.m. The free exhibit will feature art, photography, sculptures, jewelry, fashion, home decor, skin care, and more by more than 85 Toronto-based artists and artisans. 

VANCOUVER: Vancouver’s Reggaeton Fest is taking place on Feb. 17 at the ENSO Event Centre. Hosted by VANSTU, the festival will feature the best in Reggaeton with a slew of DJ and other live performances. Music will start at 9 p.m. and conclude at 3 a.m. on Feb. 18. The event is open to guests aged 19 and up. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
