COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO.: The Broadmoor announced the promotion of Justin Miller to the position of executive chef. Miller has been a member of The Broadmoor's culinary team for the past 25 years, first joining the resort as an extern from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 1998 and later being named chef de cuisine of the resort’s La Tavern restaurant in 2001. Miller was appointed as The Broadmoor’s executive sous chef in 2017.
