How I got here:
I’ve led operations from faith-based institutions to for-profits. My career has centered around operations and leadership of teams. I found that in the meeting space there was a focus on creating experiences, but operational efficiencies were lacking in pre-event planning and on-site execution. Hence, I decided to use my background to create a tangible impact in the industry.
Greatest career accomplishment:
ABCD has sustained clients in more than 15 states and 25 cities and planned meetings for some of the most prestigious companies and institutions in the nation.

In the past three years, through direct negotiation with hotels, I have saved my clients more than $1 million in attrition fees that have been reinvested in the missions of those organizations.
