Greatest career accomplishment:
I’ve been fortunate to be in key roles for a few events that put Indianapolis in the global spotlight. I served as the Events Committee Chair for MPI’s World Education Congress in Indianapolis and was heavily involved in the Routes Americas conference in January 2020, which brought 1,500 airline route planners to our destination from around the world.

Specific improvement I’ve made:
I have helped develop new proposal templates, costing sheets and procedures to make daily work more efficient at Accent. Our profits have increased as a result, and not because we’re charging the client more, but because we have more efficient internal processes.

What I do outside of work:
I am the 2019-20 Chapter President of the MPI Indiana Chapter. I am also a certified yoga instructor.
