Greatest career accomplishment:
Leading a hotel and sales team through a hurricane. Following the natural disaster, my team came back from the damage to achieve one of the best financial years in the hotel’s history.

I’ve worked at six hotels and resorts in the past 14 years. During my time in each hotel, the amazing people I worked with set many records and achieved impressive financial years.

It is my passion to look at the data and come up with what I call a “revenue hypothesis.” A cornerstone of bringing these strategies to life is bringing everyone on the team into the process for a collaborative approach.
