What I do: I design, sell and execute very exotic, luxurious international reward trips for both top employees and customers. I love to dream up something new, creative and over the top, collaborating with the many top-notch industry vendors I have partnered with over the years.
How I got here: I grew up in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and started out in the hotel industry working for a resort there while I was still in high schoolThroughout college and beyond I worked for Loews, Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton and La Costa Resort and Spa, then morphed into the incentive world as a planner. Thirty years later, I still love it!
Greatest career accomplishment: Being the designer and planner of four SITE Crystal Award winning programs. I was also named Planner of the Year by Global DMC Partners.
Impressive stats: When I chaired the SITE Holiday Event for the Southern California Chapter, we raised a record-breaking (at the time) $150,000 for charity.
What I do outside of work: Travel is both my profession and my passion, so I travel constantly for both work and fun. I recently explore Antarctica and for the first time—I strapped on crampons and climbed a mountain.
Fun fact: I have made it to 118 countries and adding to the list all the time.
