What I do: At DAHLIA+ Agency, we are shift makers who specialize in energizing busy professionals with insightful perspectives on how they can elevate their events, brands, experiences, etc.
Greatest career accomplishment: The ability to juggle family, life and a business that I love.
Impressive state: I've engaged with more than 170,000 conference attendees, led 305 educational sessions and assisted on 75 conferences in 37 cities over four continents.
Specific improvement I’ve made: I’ve spearheaded the education and immersive experience of all things tech and digital at more than 75 shows annually. The development of new event technology is moving faster and faster and attendee expectations are annually rise. It’s challenging for event professionals to keep up the pace. Helping these professionals not be overwhelmed by it all is a true mission of ours.
What I do outside of work: I advise #eventtech startups; lead the Women in Event Tech community and am creating a new street art project in my neighborhood.
