What I do: I serve on the leadership team and work on launching new products and services; manage leaders in our different departments; and help to ensure that all departments are working together to achieve corporate goals. I also oversee all our corporate marketing initiatives and community and events efforts.
How I got here: I started at TenDot in the marketing department doing client program marketing five years ago after working in corporate relations for an insurance company. I was promoted to vice president of marketing two years later and then promoted to vice president in 2018.
Impressive stats: Three years ago, I led the implementation of Traction, also known as EOS, at TenDot. This allowed us to create effective processes and streamline our efficiencies, ultimately leading to growing our team to three times the number of employees and increasing our profitability by six.
Specific improvement I’ve made: I leveraged technology, media and social platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, hashtags) to increase communications and engagement among attendees before, during and after their programs.
What I am working on now: I’m working on new launches of offerings for TenDot. One is called, “Epic Experiences.” This program revolves around a mystery trip for groups who are looking to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience and entrust us to design and execute an adventure that strengthens their connections and provides memories that last a lifetime. I’m also working on “MTLegs,” a product that fills the gap for charter companies to monetize their empty leg flights and provides its members with an exclusive opportunity to experience private aviation at an affordable cost.
What I do outside of work: I attend concerts, read, practice yoga.
